Jabberwacky reaches the 4,000,000 milestone, January 28th, 2005
2005 Faraday Lecture, from January 20th, 2005

Jabberwacky is to feature in the Faraday Lecture, organised annually by the IEE, and touring the UK and Asia until April.

This year's lecture is entitled "Control freaks? How robots affect our world", all about robots, artificial intelligence and the power of feedback processes.

A computer chat program called Alice has won a prestigious prize for human-like conversation for the third time.

British hopeful, Jabberwacky, came second in the annual competition. "My program is more open and free," Rollo said. "I believe the day of the learning AI will come soon."
